At George McNabb & Co. we will not share customers’ personal information other than to fulfil our duties in making funeral arrangements and our other associated business requirements. We are associated members of the Society of Allied & Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF) and also provide Golden Charter funeral plans. The personal data we require to collect and process is for the fulfilment of funeral products and associated services. The legal basis for us processing such personal data is for the fulfilment of a contract and any legitimate interests pursued by us, or third parties we use in the fulfilment of such contract. This can include such special categories of personal data as Religious Beliefs. Our Information Commissioner’s registration number is ZA346729.
By consenting to our privacy notice you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified. Consent is required for George McNabb & Co. to process personal data, and by entering into a contract with us to provide funeral services it is explicitly given.
